Why "On the House"

The name means what you think it means.

Restaurants say "it's on the house" when they want to take care of you for nothing in return. We stole the phrase on purpose. There's no email wall. No "free trial." No drip-funnel dressed up as a gift. If you use these tools every week and never buy a thing from us, that's a good outcome. The House is bigger than our business.

"These aren't samples. They're gifts. If they're the only thing you ever get from ChurchOps.AI, we're good."

They're also, not incidentally, some of the most immediately useful small agents we've built. Meeting Recap and Series & Event Wrap-Up are the two places where "I wish someone had captured that" hits ministry teams the hardest. So we're starting there.

The Two Tools

Pick one and try it this week.

Both are browser-based. Both run in under a minute. Neither asks for your email unless you want to save a result.

Ministry Meeting Recap

For · Any staff, elder, or team meeting

Drop in your messy meeting notes, a rough voice memo, or even a photo of a whiteboard — get back a structured recap with decisions, next steps, prayer requests, and care follow-ups cleanly separated.

  • Decisions made (with the 'why' captured, not just the 'what')
  • Action items with owners and due dates
  • Prayer requests routed to the care team
  • Follow-ups the lead pastor should personally touch
  • Shareable as email, PDF, or a link for the team

Series & Event Wrap-Up

For · After a sermon series, VBS, capital campaign, or big event

The honest "what actually happened vs. what we hoped" retrospective most churches never do well. Paste in attendance, giving, feedback, and your notes — get back a structured wrap-up that stacks into a searchable archive.

  • What we hoped vs. what actually happened
  • The 3 things that worked and the 3 that didn't
  • Numbers that matter (reach, return, participation, giving)
  • Lessons to carry into next time — with the 'why' captured
  • Auto-archived so your next team can learn from it

More On the Way

Two today. More as we grow.

On the House is a shelf, not a snapshot. As ChurchOps.AI grows — and as we sit with more pastors, more teams, more Houses — we'll keep adding small, genuinely useful tools right here. Free. No email required. No upsell trap. If you've got a sticky weekly task that eats your team alive, tell us — there's a decent chance it ends up on this shelf.

Ideas cooking · Sermon prep assistant · Volunteer thank-you generator · Guest follow-up drafter · Small group check-in summarizer · …and whatever you tell us is eating your Mondays
When free isn't enough

The real operating system is Exec Pastor OS.

On the House is our gift. Exec Pastor OS is the full deliverable library — 12 Full Spectrum functions, ministry-native SOPs, maturity ladders, and copy-paste workflows for the team that runs the House. If the free tools saved your Tuesday, the flagship is what saves your month.
