What we collect, and what we do with it.

Plain language, because you are handing us information about your church and you should not have to read a contract to find out where it goes.

  • We ask for your email so we can send you the thing you asked for. That is the whole trade.
  • We never ask about the people in your church, and the tools are built so you never need to tell us.
  • No cookies, no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third party trackers. We do not sell or rent anything to anyone.
  • Reply to any email we send and ask to be deleted, and we will delete it all and tell you when it is done.

What we collect, and where you gave it

The Ministry Intelligence Brief

Your email address. Nothing else. You confirm by clicking a link in an email, so nobody can sign you up without your hands on a keyboard, and every issue carries a one click unsubscribe that works immediately.

The Ministry Builder Toolkit

What you type into the intake: church name, your role, weekly attendance, staff count, the church management system you use, the season you are in, your denomination, the list of pains you write, and any website links or extra context you choose to paste. Plus your email address, so we can send the plan.

The Church AI Policy Builder

What you type into the intake: church name, city and state, weekly attendance, tradition and denomination, who adopts policy at your church, who will own it day to day, how often you will revisit it, your answers to the use inventory and the conviction questions, and anything you write in the open questions. Plus your name, so the finished document knows who prepared it, and your email, so we know where to send it.

Booking a call

Your name, your email, and whatever you tell us about your church. That becomes a calendar invite.

Checkout

Your name, email, church name, and what you selected. Card details never touch this site. Payment happens on Stripe's own hosted page, and we never see a card number.

What we never ask for

None of these tools ask about the people in your church. Not names, not giving records, not attendance, not care or counseling notes, not background checks, and nothing about a minor. The intakes ask how your church works, not who is in it.

If you ever find yourself about to paste member information into one of our forms, please do not. It is not needed, it will not improve the result, and we do not want to be holding it.

Where it goes

Five companies, each doing one job. That is the whole list.

Nobody else receives your information. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.

A note on the AI part

The AI Policy Builder assembles your policy in your own browser, from a written library of clauses. That happens before anything is sent anywhere, which is why the tool still produces a complete document even when the network is having a bad day. After the document is on your screen, your church profile and answers are sent once to write the handful of passages that have to be about your church specifically. If that call fails, you keep the finished policy and never see an error.

How long we keep it

Your subscription record and your intake record stay until you ask us to delete them. We keep them so that when you write back with a question six months from now, we can actually be useful instead of asking you to start over.

The counters that stop a form from being abused briefly note the internet address a submission came from. Those expire on their own after two hours.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics script, and carries no advertising pixel or third party tracker.

Two of the tools remember your progress in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose your work moving between pages. That never leaves your device, and we cannot read it.

Email we send you

We send the thing you asked for. If you ticked the box for the Ministry Intelligence Brief, we also send one short email each Monday. Every email has a one click unsubscribe, it works the moment you click it, and replies reach a real person rather than a void.

Getting a copy, or getting deleted

Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected], and say what you want. We will send you what we hold, or delete all of it and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Children

These tools are made for church staff and leaders. They are not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from a child, and the intakes never ask about one.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date at the bottom of this page changes with it.
